Join us for a Civic Awareness Community Service project and get your teen pre-registered to vote along with a virtual discussion on Civic Responsibility with Kat Calvin.

Civic responsibility means active participation in the public life of a community in an informed, committed, and constructive manner, with a focus on the common good.

Civic: relating to the community; connected with the duties and obligations of belonging to a community

Engagement: to involve someone in an activity, or to become involved or take part in an activity.

Our students have been introduced through our Community Service Projects and must also learn the steps to help create changes at the policy level in their local governments. This awareness must begin before they are eligible to vote.
