Our vision is for Women’s Health to be a priority for tweens beginning at puberty and continuing through adulthood. Educating and creating awareness about the importance of supporting a healthy womb to enhance overall health is crucial to begin during adolescence. Early insights and exposure increases a healthy understanding of how to navigate the distinct health and wellness needs of women and girls.

Young women aren’t often empowered to discuss or equip themselves until there is a health issue. Often, it can be too late.

Today’s 18-to-21-year-olds are 4 percentage points less likely to have been mentored than their 22-to24-year-old peers. They are a full 10 percentage points less likely than Millennials to have had a mentor growing up. - mentoring.org
